The successful candidate will collate and prioritize feedback and then implement changes by working with the broader content team and submitting requests for changes to the vendor via the ticketing system. Regarding systems operations, this role will interact with key internal stakeholders within our fundraising Support Offices to answer any queries related to the content or the Digital Asset Management system. The role will work closely with RO Content Specialists, NO Communicators and ADP staff, ensuring that visual assets are uploaded and catalogued correctly, in a timely manner.
Regarding asset management, this role will monitor the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for new or existing content that aligns with Child Sponsorship goals and priorities and organize the content and apply metadata to photos, video, audio and text resources that match briefs developed by the child sponsorship team. Reporting to the Global Content Systems Supervisor, the Sponsorship Content Systems & Curation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that content within the Global Digital Asset Management system is appropriately tagged to support Sponsorship related initiatives and priorities.Īs part of the Global Content Team within Global Marketing and Communications, this role will support the Partnership strategy “Our Promise” by ensuring timely and easy access to content aligned with the strategy with a particular focus on strategic initiatives that support our core product, Child Sponsorship.
